Do you make just one piece?
Yes — that’s what we do. Every piece is made to order, whether it’s a single keepsake or a set.
I only have a photo or a rough idea. Is that enough?
Usually, yes. A photo, a sketch or a few sentences is a great start. For parts that need to fit something, add rough measurements.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the piece and how much design work it needs. We’ll give you a timeline together with your quote, so you know before you commit.
Can you match an exact size?
Yes — we design to the millimetre. Measure what it needs to fit, and we’ll build around those numbers.
Is there anything you can’t print?
Parts that face high heat, heavy loads or direct food contact need special care, and sometimes printing isn’t the right fix. Tell us where it will live and we’ll give you an honest answer.
